How do I login to the online store?

In order to use the online store, you must have an active account with Diamond Golf/Wishon Golf. 

If you need new login credentials or are interested in opening an account, please use our online application form.

Please note that DGI and Wishon Golf provide a service purely for the golf trade. 


How do I order products within the online store?

Once logged in, use the search bar or filters/categories on the sidebar to shop. Once your order is complete, use our easy checkout to process your order. 

 

What if an item is out of stock?

Each product has a stock status displaying the stock level available at that time. 

Because of the seasonality of the clubmaking business and fluctuations in demand, there may be items that are temporarily out of stock. If you order a product which is out of stock, you will be notified that it will be placed on back order.

For overseas customers, any back orders will incur another shipping charge when the order is ready to be dispatched. You will receive a notification once back in stock and given the option to add additional items to the order if you wish.

What if there’s something I need that I can’t see online?

Many of our customers request special order items on a regular basis. If there’s something specific that isn’t listed on our online store, please contact us and we will endeavour to find it for you. 

Please note that all special orders for products not normally carried by Diamond Golf cannot be cancelled once placed and are not returnable except in the case of damaged or faulty goods. 


What is your policy regarding Wishon Golf products on auction/resell sites?

Wishon Golf products are not to be sold or advertised on auction sites (ebay, yahoo etc).
